Apartament with swimming pool and close to the beach in Conil

Magnificent two bedroom apartment with a seaview terrace, private parking and free Wifi in La Rotonda residential, just five minutes walking to the beach. This accommodation is on a second floor is one of the most requested within our clients and perfect for a family holiday.

Decoration
decorated in a rustic style witn wooden furniture, the apartment has all you need to feel home away form home.

Distribution

Living/dining room large and full of natural light coming form through the terrace, the living room is furnished with 2 sofas, coffee table, flat sreen TV and dining table and chairs. Free Wifi is provided.

The kitchen is small but perfectly equipped to cook a lovely meal for the family. It has ceramic hob, oven, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher and small appliances like toaster or coffee maker. The kitchen also has plenty of storage space full of a wide range of kitchenware.

Bedrooms Two large and luminous bedrooms, one with a double bed and another one with twin beds. Both with a built-in wardrobe.

Bathroom with a washbasin, wc, bathtub with shower and bidet. Towels are provided.

Terrace large and facing the communal pool with views to the beach. The terrace is furnished with table and chairs and it is the perfect place to relax after a hard day visiting Conil.

Swimming pool Two swimming pools, one for children and one for adults surrounded by a communal garden with showers, toilets and changin rooms. The area is totally fenced and very save for the little ones. This is the building with swimming pool best-placed in Conil to go to the beach or the city centre. The pool is open from the 14th june to the 15th september.

Private parking All the apartments in La Rotonda have its own parking space in the building’s basement. This is a nice feature for an apartment in Conil city centre.

Surroundings

La Rotonda residential is set in a privileged Conil area, perfect for getting the most out of the beach and of the wide range of activities, restaurants and bars in Conil. 100 metres from the building there is a leisure area where La Atalaya restaurant famous for its grilled meat and its moroccan food is located. About 300 metres away we come across La Atalaya park, with children’s attractions and Mirador de la Atalaya coffee shop perfect for having a coffee or a drink watching the sun set.

The closest beaches to the apartment are La Fontanilla and El Chorrillo, where some of the most famous ‘chiringuitos’ or beach bars such as Curro Jimenez or El Huerto. There you can enjoy home-made food and taste tuna fish cooked in different ways.

From the apartment the city centre is at a stone trown; taking Torre de Roche street we reach Gonzálo Sánchez Fuentes street, and from there if we go to the right we arrive to La Bodega commercial area with several shops and bars and the food market, perfect for buying fresh fish from the region. From Plaza del Blas Infante take Rosa de los Vientos street that ends up in the very historic centre.
