A large 2 bedroom apartment in Torre del Oro street, La Atalaya, one of the most sought after residential areas in Conil, near La Fontanilla beach, the historic quarter and close to supermarkets, or sports facilities. This ground floor apartment has private parking space as one of its key features.

Furnished in a traditional style using wooden furniture, the flat does not stand out to for its decoration but it has all kind of details to secure a pleasant stay.

Down Torre del Oro street we get to Plaza de Blas Infante, a lively area with different shops and a good value food store.
Parallel to Torre del Oro, where the flat is set, is Gonzalo Sánchez Fuentes street, that leads to the city centre. On the way we find the food market, Blanco y Verde Restaurant and bar Pericón, places that are well worth exploring. La Fontanilla beach is less than 600 metres form the flat, such a nice walk taking Torre de Roche street and crossing La Atalaya park.
