Accommodation to rent in Conil Trendy and stylish apartment in La Vaguada building, less than 10 minutes from the beach and very close to the city centre. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, large terrace and air conditioning make of this apartment the perfect place to spend a fabulous holiday in Costa de la Luz. The flat is on a second floor with lift.

Decoration The apartment has been decorated in a trendy and functional style, it is large, luminous and quiet.

Living/dining room is conected to the kitchen and with direct access to the terrace the living area is furnished with 2 sofas, coffee table, flat-screen television and air conditioning. The room recieves loads of natural light thanks to a large window.

Kitchen Open plan kitchen separated from the living by a breakfast area with table and chairs, fully equipped with all appliances: vitroceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, micro wave, toaster, blender and kitchenware to cook a meal. It also has a lot of storage space.

Bedrooms This apartment in Conil has two bedrooms decorated with oriental motifs. The master bedroom consists of a double bed, built-in wardrobe and en suite bathroom, it also has air conditioning. The second bedroom has twin beds and a built-in wardrobe. Bedlinen and towels are provided.

Bathroom 2 good size bathrooms, one in the master bedroom with shower, WC and sink, and another one with bathtub with shower, WC, sink and bidet.

Surroundings

This apartment is set in a pleasant residential area, close to the historic quarter but separated from its bustle. The beach is also at a stone’s throw away. Right outside the building there are many shops, bars and a supermarket. If we walk to the left we will get directly to Los Bateles beach. Walking towards the right we can take Chiclana street, that leads to La Bodega commercial area and the historic centre with all the tapas bars and souvenirs shops; but also we can take Rosa de los Vientos street, one of the main roads of the village, where the central market full of fresh fish from the area is located. There also are bank branches or the well known Blanco y Verde restaurant, highly recommendable for a meal or tapas.
