At a short distance to the historic quarter, in a lively area, this 3 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms and furnished terrace facing Arroyo de La Atalaya street, is the perfect choice to spend some days in Conil. La Vaguada is a recent building with large and well distributed flats. The beach is only 7 minutes walking distance from Avenida Bajada del Chorrillo. We highly recommend this apartment for families and eldery people since the building has a lift and it is perfectly located. Decoration In a tradicional style, the flat is simple but very comfortable.

There is a patio to hang up the clothes. Bedrooms This apartment for 6 in Conil has 3 bedrooms; the master one has a double bed, built-in wardrobe and en suite bathroom and two bedrooms with twin beds and awardrobe each. Bathroom 2 good size bathrooms, one in the master bedroom with shower, WC and sink, and another one with bathtub with shower, WC, sink and bidet. Linnen and towels are provided. Terrace Facing Arroyo de La Atalaya street and furnished with a table and chairs makes it the perfect place to unwind after a hard day at the beach. Parking The building has a car park in the basement managed by an external company. We can arrange a parking space for you if needed. Consult the tariff with us.

Surroundings

The accommodation is set in a pleasant area, close to the historic quarter but far enough from its bustle. The beach is also very close. Right outside the building there are many shops, bars and a supermarket. If we walk to the left we will get directly to Los Bateles beach. Walking towards the right we can take Chiclana street, that leads to La Bodega commercial area and the historic centre with all the tapas bars and souvenirs shops; but also we can take Rosa de los Vientos street, one of the main roads of the village, where the central market full of fresh fish from the area is located. There also are bank branches or the well known Blanco y Verde restaurant, highly recommendable for a meal or tapas. Pets are not allowed in this apartment
