Stunning second floor, seaview apartment in Virgen de la Luz street, cose to Río Salado and Prado Ramón natural park, at a short distance to the historic quarter and Los Bateles beach. Two bedroom, two bathrooms, terrace, air conditioning and private parking are just some of the features of this apartment in Conil. The area is close to the most central and lively spots, but quiet and perfect for a relaxing holidays at the same time.

Decortion Witha traditional style, functional furniture, terracota floors and white walls, the apartment is large and luminous.

Distribution

Living/dining area has a good size, with direct access to the terrace and air conditioning. The living is equipped with two sofas, coffee table, tv and round dining table with chairs. The dining area has a bookcase with books the clients can borrow.

Kitchen fully equipped with modern appliances like ceramic hob, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, and a wide range of kitchenware to prepare a home made meal.

Bedrooms This apartment for 4 people has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a second one with twin beds, both completed with a built.in wardrobe. Linen is provided.

Bathrooms The main bathroom has a washbasin, wc, shower and bidet; the second bathroom is fitted with wc, washbasin and shower.

Terrace with superb views to the sea and the quiet Mirador de Castilnovo street. The terrace is furnished with table and chairs and it is the perfect place to disconect gazing at the sunset.

Parking Private parking in the building, an important feature for an apartment in the city centre specially in summer when finding a parking space is such a nightmare.

Surroundings

The flat is set in a very quiet area but quite central. From here you can walk everywhere in Conil. Close to the apartment is hostal Costa de la Luz and Zapola fried-fish shop , both renowed business in Conil. To go to the beach we have to take Virgen de la Luz street towards the sea and 800 metres away we get to Los Bateles and the promenade. To go to the city centre we take the same street in the opposite direction up to Pascual Junquera that leads to Arco de la Villa, central point of the historic quarterl.
