3 bedroom Apartament in Conil Within La Vaguada building, at a short distance from the most central and lively area of the village, this apartment for 6 people is the perfect choice for a beach vacation in Conil. Los Bateles beach is only 7 away walking. This is a first floor lift flat in a very quiet but lively area with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and terrace facing Piedra de la Rendona Street.

Decoration The accommodation is decorated using wodden and bamboo furniture. It is spacious and luminous.

Distribution

Living/dining room equipped with a 5-seater corner sofa, coffee table, tv and dining table and chairs. It opens to the kitchen and has direct access to the terrace.

Kitchen Open plan kitchen, divided from the living by a breakfast counter and fully fitted with ceramic hob, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and a variety of kitchenware to prepare a meal with typical products of the area. The kitchen has plenty if storage space and access to a laundry room.

Bedrooms 3 large bedrooms in the apartment. The master bedroom has a double bed, built-in wardrobe and en suite bathroom. there are two more bedrooms with twin beds and built-in wardrobe each. Linen and towels are provided.

Bathrooms 2 bathrooms, one in the master bedroom fitted with shower, WC and washbasin and a second one with bathtub with shower, WC, washbasin and bidet.

Terrace Furnished with table and chairs, the terrace faces Piedra de La Rendona street and it is the perfect place to relax after a hard day at the beach.

Parking The building has an underground parking managed by an external company. We can arrange a parking space for our guests upon request.

Surroundings

This holiday apartment is set in a quite and pleasant residential area, close to the historic quarter but far enough from its noise. The beach is also very close. Just outside the building you can find a variety of shops, bars and a supermarket, evan a bank. If we walk to the left on Piedra de la Rendona street we will get directly to Los Bateles beach. Walking towards the right we can take Chiclana street, that leads to La Bodega commercial area and the historic centre with all the tapas bars and souvenirs shops; but also we can take Rosa de los Vientos street, one of the main roads of the village, where the central market full of fresh fish from the area is located. There also are bank branches or the well known Blanco y Verde restaurant, highly recommendable to taste tuna fish and tapas.
