Semi-detached house with private pool in Conil

Superb 3 bedroom accommodation, only 300 metres from La Fontanilla beach. Located in the quiet area of La Atalaya, the house is next to the renowned restaurant El Rezón. It has a good size and it is suitable for a large family or a group of friends. It can accommodate up to 8 persons. Among this accommodation’s features we have a private swimming pool, a sea view terrace, air conditioning and heating in all rooms, garage and a perfect location to spend a break in Conil. The historic quarter is just 5 minutes walk. The price stated is for 6 persons. 2 extra persons can be accommodated in single beds. Each single bed has a surcharge of 10€ per night until the 30th of June and 15€ per night in July and August.

Decoration

This delightful property has been tastefully decorated with up-to-date pieces of furniture and a stylish kitchen. It is full of natural light and completly equipped.

Distribution

Living/Dining room quite spacious, the living has direct access to the swimming pool and it is fitted with a chaise long sofa, flat screen tv, dining table with chairs, air conditioning and heating. The kitchen is very stylish and it is completly equipped with the most modern appliances and has direct access to the furnished terrace. It has a ceramic cook, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and all kind of kitchenware. Bedrooms This two-storey house is featured with 3 large bedrooms, all with a double bed, a built in wardrobe air conditioning and heating. One of the bedrooms is connected with the sea view terrace. Bed linen is included. The duplex can accommodate up to 8 people. The price stated is for 6 persons. Each extra person has a surcharge of 10€ until June and 15€ in July and August. Bathrooms There are 2 bathrooms, one on the ground floor fitted with washbasin, wc and shower, and a second one on the upper floor fitted with washbasin, wc, shower and bidet. The towels are included. Terrace This amazing house has two terraces, one on the ground floor, accessible from the kitchen and furnished with a large table and chairs. This is the perfect place for a family meal al fresco. We can provide a barbecue upon request. The second terrace is on the upper floor and has incredible views to the sea. In the distance you can descry Conil Fishing Port. Swimming pool One of the key features of the house is an outstanding private swimming pool located at the front of the house. Kids and adults will love the pool. Houses with swimming pool are the most sought-after accommodation type in Conil. Garage Private garage with space for two cars in the basement of the house.

Surroundings

Located in one of the quietest areas of the village, this holiday house is surrounded by residential homes, bars and restaurants like El Rezón, just next to the property, or El Chuletón grill house and some of the most well-known hotels in Conil such as Hotel Oasis Atalaya and Fuerte Conil. Not far from the accommodation there is an econimical supermarket. To go to the beach, take the street to the left; at the end of it we find Atalaya’s Park and La Fontanilla beach. For Conil city centre we’ll take Torre de la Peña street, Castilnovo street and left to Gonzalo Sánchez Fuentes, that leads to the tourist quearter full of tapas bars, monuments and atractions.
